TRADING & DISTRIBUTION
NutryFarm trading and distribution of fresh fruits to China is an extension of our business model as we capitalises on the Group’s understanding of food certifications and connections in China.
Leveraging on the deep market experience and extensive networks of our directors, an industry veteran in the business of the plantation, trading and value-added processing of durians in Thailand, the Group has entered into sales contracts to supply fresh durians from Thailand to major Chinese fruit importers in excess of RMB 1 billion.
In addition, the Group has established joint ventures and partnerships in Singapore to expand our durian business in Southeast Asia.
To accelerate our growth plans in Asia’s durian industry, the Group has expanded our business presence in Singapore. Starting with a memorandum of understanding with established e-commerce company, EBUY, in May 2021, the Group has separately incorporated another new subsidiary, Kong Jun Global Pte Ltd, which is a joint venture with a company set-up by Mr Ang Seck Puan, the founder of Singapore’s well-known durian retailer, Combat Durian.
The Group has also been appointed by Duricious Sdn Bhd as the sole distributor of DKING’s (帝一榴) Musang King (猫山王) Frozen Durian Pulp in Singapore for a period of two years from 24th June 2021 to 23rd June 2023.
